It is not lost upon me how important it is to print your images. Heirloom portraits are to be displayed on the walls of your home or in gorgeous albums on a coffee table. They are to be past down over generations. Many people have inherited portraits of themselves, their parents or grandparents that have been on the walls of the homes they grew up in. It is my hope with the products that I have selected, that you will be able to display and enjoy these precious portraits of your children for many years.

Fine Art Prints

I offer a variety of fine art prints and prints with a deckled edge. These fine art prints are printed on Archival Papers that will last over 200 years and are 100% cotton, acid, and lignin-free to display your images on the walls of your home.

If you wish to matte and frame your images, I have chosen several gorgeous frames to help you design the perfect piece to hang on your walls.

Albums

If you want to combine a variety of your images, a fine art album is a perfect option. You can choose from several types of covers including leather, linen or various fabrics. An album can include both black and white and color images from your child’s gallery. You can also combine multiple children’s portraits into one album which would make the perfect gift for grandparents.

Bi-fold or Tri-fold Portfolio

Lastly, this gorgeous bi-fold portfolio or tri-fold option for 3 children. This is the perfect piece for grandparents and great-grandparents. It can display multiple children or you can do one of two different portraits of the same child. You can easily display it on the top of a piano or bookcase.

Why Milestone Collections? | Richardson, TX Family Photography

As a new mom your focus is to prepare for your new baby, plan their nursery and make sure to confirm your photographer for your newborn session before your baby arrives. You want to remember those first few moments with your new baby. Between those sleepless nights, you want to capture your baby’s tiny details, how they fit just perfectly in your arms and their sweet smell.

So often we wait to look at capturing the moments of their first year. The 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and one year milestones. Sitting, crawling or even standing. It is so sweet to capture these precious stages. One thing I would tell my clients to do is to book a collection to schedule those milestones!

I have had mama’s say “I am so glad I had these scheduled. It allowed me not to worry about making sure I tried to take the pictures on myself” or “I wasn’t frantically trying to book something at the last minute.” I could be present each and every day. It gives you, as a mama, a sense of relief to know your little one will have pictures at every stage.

Heirloom Portraits | Dallas, TX Portrait Photography

About two years ago I had a client reach out to ask if I did the black & white heirloom pictures. Fast forward a year, and I have started incorporating these heirloom portraits into my milestone studio sessions as a “test run”. I absolutely love these classic portraits of children. Over the past couple of years, I have done much research and watched a fellow photographer in South Carolina showcase these. I would love to begin offering them to clients locally on a limited basis!

I am interested in Heirloom Portraits, when will you offer them?

I am so excited to announce that I will be offering the Black and White Heirloom portrait sessions on a regular basis throughout the year! I love these quick, simple sessions for families to create a lasting, timeless image of their children.

Beginning in 2021, this new offering will be scheduled during the week at a studio in Plano. I will offer the heirloom portrait sessions on a quarterly basis throughout the year with a limited number of slots. You will receive 6-8 images of your child in black and white ready to print and hang in your home!
